it doesn't actually. At the time he did. But his arms were measured back in the early 90's at 21.5. He has stated on the Unbelievable DVD that he rarely trains arms, because they blow up. Now up to a contest, like the 1999-2003 O, his arms blew the fuck up, way bigger than 21.5, his made Gunter's look small.

So this is only proof of a period time in which his arms were 21.5, not definitive proof that his arms have never been bigger.

That is when Ronnie has laid off the serious training. Take a look at that Gunter v Ronnie, his arms are bigger, more cut and defined. When Ronnie is off of the serious training and doing appearances---that is when you see it. As i said before back in the early 90's his arms were 21 inches. What is being stated is that Ronnie's arms are and were only 21.5 thru-out his career.  but as that pic shows, a "on" Ronnie has bigger arms than 21.5

That's what Ronnie said, and he was only doing a light set of preacher curl dumbells (55's) and was curling that light it was baby weight---and that's all he did. Granted, that ws that day and time, he could of the next day hammered them. Just like in that day and time his arms measured 21.5---they were that much back when he won his pro card....

Just because somebody shows a vid, and says Ronnie's  measure 21.5, doesn't mean that they were never bigger...if you read what I said, that what's I'm talking about.

If somebody showed a vid of bber X and he weight 275 on the scale, that doesn't mean, that he nevered weighed more...Get it?
