I was there. His Back and Chest are absolutely HUGE (he flicked his chest a few times and it was like something was gonna burst out of his chest) - He had 1 x Sleeveless shirt on under 1 x Jumper. He claimed his arms were 19.5 inches cold and flexed in the flesh - See below, I have no reason to doubt:-

Man, he looks to have shrunk 2-3" in height since his Pumping Iron days.

Actually, I have a 1993 issue of Muscle and Fitness where Levrone has an article on training arms and at the end of it, it is said that he weighs 240 pounds at 5'9" and has a pair of 21" arms.

Now, this was a 1993 Kevin and I know he got much bigger during the Dorian years, so his arms may have grown, but no way do I see them as having been as large as 24". What he claims and what was a reality are two very different things. He had HORRIBLE biceps. His triceps were some of the best though.

Levrone had thickness hard to beat in the MM, so the Maryland Muscle Machine's Most Muscular was almost certainly more than 21" like that stupid Danimal list says.

Ronnie had way more peak and detail, but Levrone has the sheer thickness (esceline or not). In the front double Bi Ronnie appears to have bigger arms though since he has the shape and Levrone's go flat from that angle.

Vic Richards vs Paul Dillet would be an interesting one, but Vic never competed properly so I say Dillet had the most freaky looking arms, even if Kovacs' were technically bigger.

Ronnie 2003 has possibly the best arms, since the detail and separation is insane. Priest and Oliva win the forarms award, but that pic from the 2004 press conference where Ronnie does a front double bi in that blue top is the best arms have ever looked IMO.

Now Arnold in '72......especially considering it was the 70s and he's a tall guy, he had crazy huge arms!

in the newest FLEX there is an article with Ronnie and Jay training together in Vegas. after the workout they measured Ronnie's right arm at 23 inches and Jay's left arm at 22.5 inches.  And this is Ronnie a couple years into retirement just working out a few times a week, nothing serious.

Kevin was 20 pounds lighter THERE, than he was 1997. Stack a 1997 Kevin against that same pic of Ronnie and Kevin would have had edged him out.
