this was only true in What If? #32 (vol. 1, Apr. 1982) when he achieves total omnipotence. Although his universe does get cordoned off from the multiverse by the Living Tribunal. This is probably my favorite comic ever.

Thanos was probably more powerful in The End.

Even if somehow Hulk beat him the first time, would he beat him the 2nd? As Doomsday learns from his encounters and comes back stronger so as not to be defeated the same way?

And didn't Red Hulk beat Green Hulk?
