The neck has to be the easiest muscle to develop.   You would be surprised how quickly you can add an inch or two to your neck.

Tim Belknap had a thick thick neck..Tim also as most the older guys here would remember had the unfortunate distincsion of being Credited as being the START of the Insulin in top BB in the early 1980s

Beknap did not "start" the inuslin craze.

He was DIABETIC, he had to use insulin and NO ONE back then touted it as a growth drug.Hope this helps

Thats correct...he was a Diabetic, however the doses Tim was known for@ the time was a little more than would be suitable for a Diabetic, Tim had a very powerful, granet type physquie witch at the time shocked bb,his struture of being so comp-packed and narrow though the shoulders worked against tim, however he was pretty complete all round and his Hardness for the time was Crazy.
