Today and last monday when i was benching i thought a wasp stung my hand really sharp pain in butt of palm with bar in hands, like a needle or electric shock. Musta been a trapped nerve or summat. I thought i was being cool by continuing through it. No mark so i guess was a nerve

I had some kinda reaction.  Throat closed up a bit.  I took some benadryl and it seems to be fine.  Keeping an eye on it.

My father-in-law died last year from a spider bite, so I don't take chances with it.  soaked the beyotch in alcohol and hit the benadryl.  it hurts, but I feel fine. 

Getbig goes down for 2 hours, and 240 wanders out into the real world and gets bit.
