all great bbers ,lucio had great shape,cantone was shredded .lucky jersey has some great ones galanti has the shape and hardness and ripped in the same era,thank god he finally turned pro lol.....

yep....................L ucio has his own gym now (that's what i hear anyways) far cry from his "Dancing" days at "The Palace" lol!

it was a good time/era early to mid "90"s to be in that area (Everett,Saugus,Stoneham area) everyone trained at Golds Gym Everett and everyone it seemed competed on the national lever or higher!

Rick Valente (i met Rick when i traveled to Venice early 1990's) used to date Tonya Knight

Hmmm ...............been to Worcester for a few things (Motley Crue,bodybuilding shows and one time to some some "after-hours" club)
not sure if i been to Mechanics hall altho it does sound familar

mike that tells u how good he really was and how genes play role in teens and how u advance into open and then national level,trey brewer will never ,ever be a demayo,newman,ray,ect phenom ever.
