I think DonkeyKong would have a respectable physique I mean he has clearly said he likes training. Although it sounds likes he goes overseas heaps so that may mean he looks average sometimes. All the more reason to understand why sevastase looked like shit in that point in time.

I have been to Japan twice this year, both times i try to cope with it.

I had a gym in the hotel this autumn and visit a gym when i am at my parents in law, so that is no problem. The bigger problem is when i am around in germany, most hotels here are shitty. Still, there's a lot of exercises you can do with your body weight, the bigger problem when i have to travel in germany is the food.

In Japan, you can buy supplements in every 7/11, here in germany it's tough and i can't carry too much supplements with me.

Won his class at the Cal.

Could have beat Flex Wheeler in 89 if Big Ron entered the Cal that year. His diet and drug program were off though.
