mixing aas
« on: October 07, 2008, 09:55:03 PM »
just wondering if you were injecting 2 different types of aas, lets say 1ml of test and 1ml of deca.  Can you draw up both types into the same syringe and inject them together so that you wont have to stick yourself twice?

As long as it's not water (suspension, winny) and oils (everything else) you're mixing... some fucked up effects can occur..but oil and oil and water and water are fine together.

Actually that is a better option, at least if you do a lot of gear. The simple reason being that the fewer shots you do, the less chance there is for build up of scar tissue.

I've mixed three different (oil based) compounds in one syringe...no problems.

Why not oil and water together?

I've done water and an oil compound in the same shot before, no biggie!

Even know guys that do their winny and test together with no problems. If I am wrong, please explain why not??  ???

There's no issue with mixing water and oil based compounds....

Just realize that with water-based compounds there's a higher chance of infection due to bacteria and loading that up with an oil based injection could make for a swollen injection site if you have a bad reaction, possibly an abscess....

It's a slight possibility.....

It wouldn't be any different then mixing B12 with oil based AAS.

For me at least, 2 reasons

1) I don't like injecting what looks like a lava-lamp into my body... lol

2) Higher risk of infection, water is not that great for sterility, mixing the two.. just seems to elevate the risk of infection

3) Like reason 1. they don't really mix together, you will have globs of water and oil all over the place, resulting in a 'not-so smooth' injection.

But the Lava Lamp looks so cool.

LOL!!! feels weird going in, because you get clumps of either water or oil...so the viscosity changes while you're injecting!

It does feel funky injecting 3ml of Oil & Water based compounds. It's goes slow then fast then slow then fast...

What you do to alleviate this is let it sit with the needle side up so the oil rises to the top with the water sitting at the bottom.

Then when you inject, you have a smooth injection........after you push the oil out, the water goes through fast and easy.

I do this with Sustanon and bacteriostatic water all the time.

Yeah it works fine, does look funky though.  Its all going in the same place so no worries.

The risk of infection is no greater than shooting water based alone.
