Obama's Healthcare Plan and Supreme Court Justices

I wonder if abortions are going to be covered under the "universal" healthcare plan?  I also want someone who is backing Sen. Obama to explain how it is better for the government to determine what gets covered under an insurance plan vs. the insurance companies who have hired ruthless doctors/nurses?  Wouldn't the government just hire the very same people from these insurance companies and pay them even more?  Where's the benefit to the individual citizen? 

Another thing that has me ENRAGED is that no one has mentioned anything about the possibility of upwards near 3 new supreme court justices being appointed by the next president.    If there isn't a more stark difference between these two candidates, I don't know what it is.   Let's all agree that both of these guys are being loyal to their lobbyists, just as all politicians do.  So, which group of lobbyists do you want influencing the selection of the next 2-3 supreme court justices?

I completely agree.  I was discussing the same thing last night.  The economy is clearly the paramount issue, but it's not the only issue.  They haven't really touched on any domestic issues at length other than healthcare and taxes.  Supreme Court appointments is a huge issue.

If Obama wins and the Democrats pick up more seats in the Senate, that could very well happen.
