Taking the physical, mental or emotional toughness all together, in one package, I would say the Israeli's as a nation. Just check out their history.  Their professional ex-military bodyguards, now days,  are prized among CEO's, movie, music  industry, etc. Known for being extremely tough and smart.

Just to add: race is not just skin color, which can be a minor concern, but other factors combined together. There can be hundreds of different races in the world. India, for example, has many, many different racial structures.

Why is it that the more physically strong the average person in a race/nationality/etc is, the lower the average level of mental achievement?

Example: The negro is arguably the moth athletic breed of human, but look at the African Wonderland? A cesspool.
Samoans are physically beasts, yet look at Samoa, if it wasn't pretty there would be little worth for that place.
American indians. Very well adapted genetics to their purposes...

Europeans and Orientals are physically the weakest peoples, yet look at the face that almost every major achievement in the last 2000 years has come from them or their decendents.

Why is this? I suppose it's a situation like back in high school... The athletes were probably the overall dumbest group there was (besides the stoners/skater fags). The nerds were the smart ones, but physically piss-poor specimens...

I see the human as well as the cockroach very adaptable.

If you can't compete physically, you have to find another way or you will become extinct, thus, the nerds had to find other ways to compete (with their mind).

There are occasions though, when we find both a good physique as well as a good mind in some human specimens.

More common these days than before i gather. Back then it was either / or.

2020+ i am certain we will have more people that are both physical specimens as well as mental giants due to our knowledge these days and research.
