Just to say ahead to all: Don't include Western European or Anglosaxon(Americans, Australians, Canadians, British etc.) cultures. These are amongst the softest. The Latinos are up there nearly, and Asians I wouldn't count so much on it, nor people in the Middle East(in case you forgot how 95 percent of Iraq's army deserted once the Americans invaded in 2003, no matter the fact if they had the 4th largest standing army in the world).
If you are gonna include Russians, don't get too hyped up. They are tough, no doubt, but not the toughest. Blacks are tough people, I agree, but that's due to statistics, and just like Albanians, they fight in large numbers, something that isn't considered tough, and they use weapons, guns, most of the time, how rare is it that a black male stands up to a group of white males like he would when he's got more blacks by his side???
Now some more experianced people might tell you the Serbs are here somewhere, and I agree they are amongst the top 10 toughest in the world.
The people from the Balkans would take this place, especially the Western Balkans, ex-Yugoslav states and Bulgaria. The Balkans is actually the safest place statistically, but like alot of people think that statistics like how the Bronx has alot of murders means hardness, it doesn't. Here, we have some of the roughest people, we have criminals parading through the streets like nothing, hell I remember my 2nd month in my country(Stip, Macedonia) since a long time since I lived in Toronto for about 8 years, all of a sudden I get this guy coming up to me and my friends while we were on our way home up the road here in my neighbourhood asking for where some girl lived, story is, well we know she's a whore, and now we know she was involved in pornography in a near-by town, and her father found out and didn't let her come anymore, somehow the guy is pissed at the girl and quote wanted to kill her. Every week we either have to break up a fight or watch it go down. Murders are rare here, they do happen, guns and knives are rarely used, there is that 20 vs. 1 thing but the people who beat on you aren't scrawny little high schoolers from the ghetto with baggy clothing, no they're more like Arnold Schwarzenneger types that have been in 500 fights in the last 2 years and are pretty damn good at kickboxing. Hell, I got into a couple fights here and have always managed to avoid them there. Just a couple days ago I get one of those types trying to crack my skull in because I was pissed and depressed, walking on the sidewalk with friends, all of a sudden the fucker honks at me so I yell run me over the fuck I care, I pull over to the side and he aggressivly parks his bar beside me, this Fedor Emilienko type fucker pulls down his window from the front passanger seat and tells me don't act smart you fuck I'll break your fucking head, I knew it was hopeless to do anything even with my strength or size cause he would simply get out of the car and crack my head in and then I'd have to start a fucking war over it, with that tone of voice he was pretty pissed, I never met the guy in my life, I yelled something randomly out of reaction and I'm already getting death threats, drive by death threats.
We are talking about toughest, baddest people, from some nation in the world. Now, this excludes those who are brainwashed into a certain subject and are completely away from reality, like those gang members and youth in North America who say fuck every second word and pick on weaker kids because they think it's cool or gangsta, that's the equivelent of a child soldier from Africa, only in the more civilized side of the world(even though it makes me sick to my gut to say this)...
So my ranking...
1. ex-Yugoslavia(Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia even though they're kinda Westernized and a bit soft over hard, a no for Slovenia)/Bulgaria(depends here too)/Albania(eh alot of pussies, they fight in larger numbers than the opponent, that doesn't mean that they can't be pretty damn brutal, we have a phrase here that says never have anything to do with a shiptar aka Albanian, this is usually meant for organized crime since one time they could think about doing business the next time they could be thinking about going to war) - this being that organized crime has a large impact on our culture and it's kinda in our genes besides that.....
2. Russians/Blacks/Latinos/Chechens(how does cutting off a Russian soldier's head off with a KNIFE sound?)
Now some would disagree why put Serbs over Blacks(btw the way they act so macho is because the media makes them look so scary and tough remember before they didn't have rights and were slaves they were peaceful and always pushed around) and give me examples of Americanized, American born Serbs who don't even know how to speak their own language and some don't even call themselves Serbs being beat down by blacks blah blah blah, a person of a nationality that would rather call himself something else is a traitor and doesn't deserve the name, the reason I put Serbs over Blacks it's because it's true, and my dad proved that, being more of a mix of Ancient Macedonian(we defeated and conquered Ancient Persia damn it and we had the best military strategist of all time Alexander the Great) and Slavic(known for what they do best, get drunk and get into fights, and LOL we do that alot here even though it's not Russia).
