bodybuilding cooking help needed

today i was making chicken and rice and i buy perdue chciken breast the kind thats in individual bag and each one weigh like around 4oz-well i put my xtra virgin olive oil in pan and it turn brown and smoke then i add my chicken and season-so i let cook 1 side for bit then i flip and repeat and then when i slice open middle still pink as ever after like 7 minutes and my chciken got all burned looking so i added water and had to cut up more and now it tatses ok but how do u guys cook the chciken-i use pan on my stove-is there better way? oven? bbq?? i want it to be real real moist and juicy-is there a good kind to buy? chciken tenderloins? thin sliced? i dunno...

please help w/ suggestions

did u know when you use olive oil to cook it turns into a triglyceride (bad fat) when heated.  Look it up if you think I lie.  Dont heat that shit

yikes i did not know that-well it was the spray kind...do u think its the same?

no i think thats ok--the pure in the bottle is the one i was referring to--I read multiple articles on that
