My cholesterol has never been over 134 and the last time it was checked I think it was 118. I spent 40 years being in pretty good shape and never smoked or took drugs. I was very active everyday and trained heavy since 16. I really think my past health has helped me stay in at least half way decent shape inside even if my outside got so shitty. I was never really into candy or really bad food when I was training. I did eat some shit but i always worked it off. Now I eat but with alot less activity. It is getting better but way slower than I hoped for. My leg just had another episode and is swollen pretty big right now.
