Well, our long awaited guest came to train today. He was tired at first so just pumped up a little for the following photos. He is looking forward to meeting the Aussie fans and is a top bloke.

It was a thrill for the members as he made time for everyone.

He will fill out nicely for the weekend. This was his first train after flying from Vegas - Germany -Finland - Germany - Dubai - Singapore - Melbourne. Arrived at two o'clock this morning.

Saturday Melbourne
Sunday Gold Coast
Next weekend Sydney

You can buy juice in sweden in those and take with you on airplanes and stuff,

Tony, what time would you expect Dennis to be guest posing? Sometime before/during/after the finals?
I've never been to a contest so idk, can you buy a ticket when you get there, or do you have to pre-order? Thanks

You guys need to think a little bit further than the exact words I write, obviously you'll always have fools trying to get through customs with illegal drugs. I just can't say a jay cutler or ronnie coleman taking that risk each and every time they fly. The script ... well I don't think anyone is prescribed one or more grams per week and yes they will check your staying time etc

I travel with my gear when I'm on... just make sure you take your last shots the morning or day of the flight and take all your orals with you, for some orals I have legit script, for others I just put them in old/empty medicine bottles, never had a problem yet. No one at customs will know that winny tabs don't look like Xanax or Amoxicillin

take the yr off and make the improves that coleman did when he won the O. that wont happen if he does the arnold. has the structure to KILL phil if he bits the bullet. vic would be is only match. this stuff only works if the ifbb isnt trying to give the O to phil which i think.

I think busting towel heads with explosives has precedent over meat heads that are obviously juiced to the tits. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to put two and two together. No one gives a fuck otherwise all IFBB pro's would have their front doors kicked in by the feds.
