Did clint get a facelift?

Also when i see this interview, i can see a lot of gestures, similarities and body language that reminds me of arnold, my guess is arnold projected himself trough clint. Speak on this ironagers.

Let's be real here. I'm just gonna leave it to the facts:  Bodybuilding increases metabolism, a faster metabolism means faster aging. This is true throughout biology.

so why is it someone who has a fast metabolism and is in great shape look younger than a person who has slow metabolism and shitty health?

Let's be real here. Exersizing increases your metabolism but even if that is a negative factor on longevity (which it probobly isn't), with exersizing come so much health benifits that would negate that. Of course there a lot of ways to bodybuild but done the right way I'd say it's one the best things you can do for longevity.

Not exactly true. Exercise increases oxidative stress, yes, which accelerates ageing, but exercise also increases the production of natural antioxidants like superoxide dismutase. All things considered, a person that exercises moderately 4 times a week will age slower than a sedentary individual, because the increase in endogenous antioxidant production is greater than the increase in free radicals caused by exercise, meaning that the guys who exercises moderately will have less oxidative stress than the sedentary one.
