I had shoulder surgery a few months back and my Dr finally gave the ok to get back into the GYM
as you know i was out for some time and now im about 10-15 pounds over where i want to be.

Since i've been out of the loop for this long i was wondering if you guys can guide me in the right direction to get some ephedra.
or a nice stack that can help me lose this extra pounds...

The old "good" ephedra is is illegal now. They have released a new revised verision of it, but i got mixed feeling on how good it is. If I was you I would try doing some reseach on ECA stacks. Use the serch function and type in Bronkaid

exactly...disappointing as hell...i even tried to get some pure form from my friend, she works at the J&J pharmaceutical store...she says they don't even ship it anymore....only very low contents as part of other drugs...mainly asmatics....the only way is prolly to go to east europe or some far east countries...they might still have it over the counter...

eca, carb cycling, working out on a better program will all help you..

kick ass thermogenics like nitor or thermocin really supplement a weight loss program nicely as well.
