There's a man who COULD confirm Beefy's stories - at least some of them.

He probably knows quite a few things beyond Beefy regarding the scene today, but he still has to train at Golds everyday.

That's what I'm saying.  These guys spread across the magazines are not heroes to most of us here at getbig.

I love bodybuilding and respect those who take their physique to a high level, but many of these guys are willing to compromise anything to achieve this high level.  Personally, I don't understand it and would never partake in it.  However, it's incredible to learn of how many guys do whatever it takes to have a ripped, 20 inch arm and train at Venice Golds.
