What part(s) did you find to be "hard work"?
the dieting (low low carbs made me very "spacey" and i had no energy) one day i even wore two differen't colored sneakers to work!
i felt like shit a lot of the time................(plus "eating on the clock" every 2 -3 hours was a chore)
then all the cardio .....................
but the end result was worth it!
