I too have known Adrain for a long time and have lifted with him even longer than the others. I have known Adrain since Junior High and he has grown much since then obviously. He never has never drank alcohol and is all about training hard and heavy and natural at that. I know he has tried pro hormones but they were legal back then and it was no big deal. Other than that it's just creatine, protein, fat burners, and hard work. Yeah genetics make a big difference too that's a no brainer. I can say that I know he's natural I have trained with him going back to high school football and powerlifting. He has always made improvements since then and continues because of his discipline, hard work, and yes great genetics.

And the reason why pros use injectables is because orals are toxic. They put a huge strain on your liver. For the average gym rat who's too pussy to inject, they will pop pills and take the hit to their liver, lipid profile, sex drive, etc, because they are too scared to put a tiny needle in their body. But for someone who's in this for the long run, they're going to take the intelligent path and inject steroids in their body so that their liver isn't over stressed trying to break down these toxins.
