Anyway, your best advice is to delete the silly bodyspace thing and just not talk about steroids, prohormones, or being natural anymore. most guys at state level are juiced, and nobody cares. You're catching a lot of heat because you're claiming to be natural and you are not.

You might be 'clean' now, meaning you're not on steroids. But you used steroids, as m1T is certainly classified as a steroid.

So don't sweat it, don't melt. Just drop the talk about natural and just tell people you're a bodybuilder. Don't try to debate the merits of "well, i'm natty because..." and justify it because everyone reads getbig, and chances are, this includes future competitors or judges. Just don't talk about it. He's got some pretty bad gyno to boot...I'm surprised he doesn't come out and say he blazes daily and that is what caused his gyno...

However as ridiculous as his natural claim is, pro bodybuilding Derek Farnsworth claims to have never even taken a supplement all his life...

Not exactly. That's a common situation where bodybuilders run into pitfalls and develop gyno... but a lot of people get it during puberty. If you're using estrogenic steroids without a SERM or AI it can bind to the tissue in your breasts and cause it to enlarge. Progestins and prolactin can cause gynecomastia too. But really, any big fluctuations with sex steroids can potentially lead to gyno. If you're fucking with your hormones, you're at risk. But it can also spring up during puberty when your hormones "naturally" go completely out of whack.

Ok so Adrain has taken M1t! He was only being honest with everything he has taken. He has never taken anything illegal so you guys have to give him credit. I guarantee there's not hardly anybody on this planet that has taken pro-hormones in the past and never used steroids with his size, strength, and definition. The bottom line is that he has been training hard and heavy for years with consistency and staying away from the party scene. He has genetics that many simply do not have with or without steroids and that's just the way it is. I know many of the juicers on this site are simply jealous and can not believe that you are natural Adrain! Those who have known you for years and have trained with you know the truth. It's just sad that when someone else is bigger and better than them, they have to believe there's no way in hell that person can be natural. Bottom line is that you have to realize there will always be someone better than you and that you just have to deal with it and give credit where credit is due. I guarantee these trash talkers would not tell you the same thing to your face Adrain unless they didn't mind getting bitch slapped and tossed around like a rag doll. Just take all this trash talking as a compliment Adrain because you know the truth!
