i heard nothing special, what you usually see in an average, run of the mill gym

incline BB and DB - 495 for 6, 180s for 12
military BB and DB - 365 for 8, 140 for 6
squat back and front also - 875 for 10, 745 for 8
dead - 930 for 2
DB and BB curl - 90s for 12, 225 for 6
Hammer - 130s for 10
BB row - 405 for 8
overhead tricep extension with BB and DB - 275 for 8, 160 for 12

Yeah, those are numbers you see from the average gym goer ::). Too many people get hung up on how much weight they can lift. I watched toney freeman use 30lb dumbells for 4 sets of 25 reps and his arms were pumped from hell. That heavy weight bullshit just leads to joint pain and injuries down the road. I haven't squatted with more than 225 since high school football, and I'm happy with my leg development.

Great post ! if you're a powerlifter numbers matter if you're a bodybuilder they are a means to an end
