Hi,

How much Liv.52 Should I take while I'm on cycle ? And do u take it everyday even when you're not on cycle ?

I used to take it on cycle but now I just take it for 4 weeks after I'm done running orals.  I think I like it better just running it after the oral cycle is done.

I'm not honestly sure, but I did notice a slight difference these last several oral cycles compared to previous ones.  It could have been psychological, but it was consistent over 3 cycles.  It wasn't a huge noticeable difference, just slight.

Use it on off days when you're not using orals or after your cycle is over.

It may interfere with absorbtion in the liver of 17AA orals which is why you don't want to take it the same day.

Do you take liv 52 on an empty stomach or after the meal? or it doesn't matter?

I take it with a meal, as it can cause stomach discomfort.

I always used it as a PCT for my liver. i would take 2 pills twice a day for about 6 weeks after my cycle ended.

Liv 52 is no longer called liv 52.
get it a whole foods.
Its expensive but worth it.  read all the studies on it on the internet.
I would do this after a cycle, and then keep doing it for the rest of your
life if you can afford it.  Make sure Himalaya is the manufacturer there
are many fakes out there.

Well yes, in the US it's called LiverCare by Himalaya.  It even says on the bottle "Internationally known as Liv.52." but everywhere else outside the US it's still Liv.52.
