I'm not sure if you guys have given this stuff a thought or not..but the more i use it the more i'm starting to want to recommend it even above protien supps from the way it makes me feel during training! Definately worth a look! There hasnt' been one unhappy customer, sponsored athlete or otherwise.. even people who give unbiased reviews are in love with this stuff!

I thought the same way. You just have to try it I guess. I wouldnt have but heard so many great things about it and was given some and now I hate going without it.

Side note: It will increase your close grip behind the neck presses for sure!

I couldn't find Atlarge's Result creatine, so I bought Prolab monohydrate creatine, 300g, 9€. Is this a good creatine ? I ask this because I never tryed any Prolab product. I think that creatine is the only supp good enough to be bought.

actually creapure is what is in results.. and as far as I know ALN is only sold online through their website.

I've used normal creatine and other creatine supplements before...nothing compares to this stuff. I take it religiously before each workout and the fatigue is never there anymore..especially after you've been using it for awhile. However, if you come off it, that's when you really notice what a difference this stuff makes.

yeah mix creatine with sugar. groundbreaking stuff. i did that 10 years ago.
as for creapure its possibly cleaner than other creatine, but thats got nothing to do with the effect.

hey,. im suprised, i figured it was just some crap crea mono and plain sugars... but with hmb and beta alanine and 80g dextrose per serving, that is a pretty good supplement. not too over priced either. im good for about 6 months on carbs and proteins and creatines powders.. but maybe when i run out ill give this stuff a go.
