Why the fuck would someone compare 5 X 5 with a 5 X 12 routine?Why not compare it with 10 X 12 or 15 X 12? People who do high volume also tend to do way more sets but this never seems to be accurately compared to a high weight low volume routine. Why not make a comparison of what happens in the REAL world?
