Hello boys and girls!
I am looking for inspiration and advice to help me achieve my dreams of attaining a figure physique.
I've been training hard for 4 month now, and I feel I've accomplished alot! My biceps are getting bigger, but I can't get my abs to be as smooth as I want em to be..
So I ask you kindly; exactly how can I train for permanent weight loss?
And How can I motivate myself to maintain consitent efforts?
There's a rave coming up in about 2 months, and I really want to look good in my singlet! If you have any good traning tips, let me know, PLEASE!
