Ever looked at Palumbo's column with some of those prison physiques? There are quite a few guys out there with amazing genetics that don't frequent bodybuilding sites/boards and don't post their pics on the net.

you might not be familiar with thingz but there's plenty of drug usage in prison ....they get anything : hormones, aas, etc...weed,coke,heroin.

those guys don't get big on genes and 3 crappy meals ...

dude no offense because i respect you but honestly the only big thing on you is your arms, based on this photo i see an average chest, aversge delts and very small forearms, i'm guessing your back is pretty good due to your race, most black guys have great backs but when you say you look "really big" i have to laugh to myself.

Just because your genetics aren't the best doesn't mean you should be so surprised when someone else has very good genetics.

Some of the best potential bodybuilders never even pick up a weight because they have a great physique already.

My little bro is 6' 200 lbs with shredded abs, a small waist and huge legs. He's got an unbelievable shoulder-to-waist ratio and does no weight training. He also eats 3 meals a day of total shit. He doesnt lift because he's already huge without having to do anything.

If he actually trained, he would be a total monster.

Get over it dude! There are many people with great genetics out there.

i have to agree here, anyone saying that a six plate per side deadlift isn't impressive has obviously never attempted anything close to that, that's a BIG pull no matter what you weigh.
