Have you posted your pics? You probably have and I just missed it. 5'10 @ 220 is good size.

No biggie dude. You look great, but I an tell you don't have legs. I'm in the same boat, I train my legs heavy as hell and they still aren't as good as my upper body. That's why I only post upper body shots

Sev has good legs though man, gotta give him props for that!

in fact when everyone was dissin his vids i was defending them
my legs arent as good as my upperbody because for the fisrt couple of years i never trained them at all
