I never made excuses as to why i would not do 375.

I gave proper reasons. It would fuck my CNS up. It's a max.

Also im 230lbs so 375 is only about 1.6x b/w...hardly groundbreaking

it was 341...i explained the breakdown of the plates. 1x55lb, 2x44, 1x5.5lbs a side plus 44lb bar.

I think ill have a wee vid for you monday. Then using a simple 1RM calcultor you can get a rough idea you twerp.

My other lifts also suggest i am capable. 130lb inclines, 200lbs strict military presses, 190lb weighted dips etc
