well, they do not appear to be the same weights, the squats are silver in color and the bench plates are red.And frankly, I have a hard time believing you can move 405 like that. If they were 35's that would be 325 and still a good lift and much more believable.

The above bench vid is the 405x3.This has nothing to do with me sev, I feel good about myself, you've seen my pics bro, I'm much much bigger.If that bench is legit though, you may very well be stronger, I have not gone above 315 in quite some time.
