Good to see the chemo ALN supps and diet are working out well for you Mike! My question is this :Why diet pepsi? That shit tastes like ass. im  a believer in the diet dew and Coke zero however.

True as I've never been fat, but I'd imagine losing weight in the beginning is pretty easy if you got a lot of weight too lose but eventually you'd need to stay at the new desired weight and make that a habit for the long run and that sounds like the tricky part to me.

the average is an inch increase per 35lbs fat loss. You're not really gaining size tho. Basically the fatter you get the more your dick is covered by fat, and seems to get smaller.
