295 or so, it was July 2000, about a month before he filmed The Unbelievable, he claimed he was 315 but he was kind of lean to be that big but who knows.

I've seen him in 99-03 Mr Olympias, once off season at 300+lbs INFUCKINGCREDIBLE and at this years Mr. O. Like Squad said, what really stood out was that he had a small head, and huge legs. Those arms are crazy!!!!

i remember on one of the Olympia telecasts Matarazzo was talking about Ronnie and i remember he said, "you have to stand next to him to see the sheer amount of beef that's hanging off the dude" and then i saw him in person and he's right, the guy is almost three dimensional in thickness.

ive seen him several times. very impressive.

the most impressive pro ive ever seen is jeremy freeman. saw him in line at the airport a few years ago. the fucker could barley fit through one of those giant metal detectors. his wife is hot as fuck too.

its one thing to be 5'5 and jacked,, its nother thing to be 6'4 and jacked.

i saw him at recent olympia expos
big dude and HUGE HUGE arms
but when youve been around pro bodybuilders for a long times like me they really arent that amazing

I was getting ready to pose at the 2005 Mr. Michigan and here came the guest poser Big Ron Coleman at 300 or so pounds. He rocked the house..... It was cool to see from five feet away..
