If you knew anything about body mechanics and chest in general you wouldknow that the strech/squeeze motion on chest movements is better done with that pecking motion ...I learned it from Ron Love ...

Also when working on a bech with dumbells , doin' flies or presses, I hang off the bench with my sholders right on the edge ...
