Injection Soreness
« on: October 20, 2008, 11:44:33 AM »
Hey Guys,

Im doing a supertren/test cycle and after every injection about two days later, my ass check is so "knotted" up it hurts to sit down.  Does anyone have any ways to reduce soreness? Ive tried heating pads after injection and massage, still get the same results.

It's local inflammation, minor shit.

How about you go have a deep tissue massage and she can work that scar tissue right out of there?

Then go soak in epsom salt.

This is all part of the game, you take the good with the bad.   ;D

Start rotating injection sites. Delts, quads etc.

Only done the glutes.. Do the delts and quads hurt more or less?  And is the same soreness to be expected?  I would rather have a sore asschecks then sore delts or glutes.

It depends on the person.

I've never done glutes.......

I do mostly pecs, biceps, quads.

Soreness really depends on the individual.

Keep putting oil in one spot and your going to have more problems than just sore butt cheeks!

heating pad does help. use a hot damp compress on the skin.

you might also want to switch from you UG gear, or at least try adding in a small amount of ba to the liquid the re-heating it to 250 for 20-40 mins.  i wouldnt add more than 1% BA though.

A lot of those tren mixes like super tren or tri/tren have test prop mixed in with it. Not all but a lot of them do. Either way, I've found that most UG mixes of anything will typically hurt a lot more then just plain old regular gear. These mixes are pure garbage IMO.

Div is right, a massage and soaking in Epsom salt should help, but I've had some knots so bad in the past that no massage was going to work it out...in those cases waiting it out is all you can do.

Last thing, Div is also right about the soreness being part of the game, but in my opinion it should never be so bad that it causes you problems. If it does, find some different gear.

BA or (high alcohol content) is usually the reason for the sore injections. Adding Ba and then reheating will do nothing. The alcohol will just evaporate. Heating will alter the hormone and is not a good thing to do. If its contaminated throw it away!

well yeah your right, ba causes the next day soreness. but he isnt worried about next day soreness, sounds to me like its soreness that comes few days after words. which to me sounds like its unsterile ear. adding in some extra BA to sterilize the gea, then re hetaing it to evaporate the extra BA, would result in sterile gear that should not make you sore. heating wont damage or alter the hormone if its not excessive. 250 for a half hour is perfectly fine.  all gear is heated. it wouldnt be USP grade phama HG gear if it wasnt.

Reread vets posts on heating gear! Its an internet myth and can take away potency. I used to believe the same thing. Sometimes injections are just sore unless your body is used to the gear. Especially when using things such as prop.

read the method companies use to make oils usp grade and sterile. gotta heat it.  only excessive heat will damage the hormone.

Young dizzle I know exactly how gear is made. We had this conversation once before. I have talked with a chemist since Vet posted his thoughts on this, and the chemist told me straight up it would not be a good thing to do. If gear is contaminated throw it in the shit can.

Okay to ask many stupid questions here but what does BA stand for? Barium?

If it helps any, my gear is the stealth stuff and I have heard they are notorious for soreness. But it seems the easiest to acquire.  I have never gotten sick from the stuff, just a little soreness and I did my last injection two days ago and so far, it hasn't given me any problems. But I did workout my legs right after doing the injection.

Since I don't have a chemical lab at home, how do you guys heat it and make sure the temperature is accurate?

I've never used stealth gear but from those I know who've used it - it's basically hit or miss from what I've heard. Sometimes you get good painless gear...other times it's painful & shit.

well dry heat sterilization is real. it works. and benzyl alcohol is real and it works. i know heat can damage the hormone, but im 99% sure the amount of heat is out of the range of dry heat sterilization (something like 500 farenheit to damage the hormone). i could be incorrect, i have been before, but i know that in my personal experience that heating to 250 for 45 mins doesnt cause any damage and does seem to make painful gear less painful.

hehe, I've had some massive bruises when taking 3-4 aspirin a day and injecting.  Ugly, ugly things.  And the knotting is normal. It happens to me from time to time.

If the gear is clean and just painful because of the alcohol, just cut it with more oil. You do what you want, but if I think gear is contaminated it goes in the trash. I have never had dirty gear though. I am very careful who's gear I use.

Correct on all points.

Personally I always get some bad lumps from prop but have learned that if I cut it with more oil it's a lot less of a problem. I'm very sensitive to prop but it's no big deal if I cut it with cottonseed oil. Usually do a 1:1 ratio of prop/cotton.
