why is it that whenever these guys "bulk up" for a movie they always seem to neglect the delts and traps.  IMO all these guys have absolutely no foundation.

because they never use a bodybuilder trainer to help "bulk" up. They always use someone like the guy from the Biggest Loser to train. Not there is anything wrong with those trainers though. They surely help fat people that need help do what is needed too lose weight.
