Can the Adonis Principles be used to bulk?

All i see is how the principles are great for cutting.
My question is can they be used to successfully bulk up?

I've never bulked but I would say that If i ever did I would just train heavy/smart, get rest and eat ALOT- no principles, no nothing

its not worth it, especially as a natural, just stay in good shape, not ripped but with abbs showed.

sound advice on bulking

just,slowly, add 500 calories to your caloric maintainence (consider age, activity level and what not), take body composition, add or subract calories to go along with your long term goals
