Tapeworm, as a weight watchers member I disagree to an extent. It helped me stay focused because it was hard to do it on my own. The one thing about weight watchers you dont have to buy their food nor products, although I did buy 2 cookbooks because for the two of them was only 10 bucks all together. I have now been a lifetime member on maintenance for 2 weeks and have 4 more weeks and there weight range for me is 117-147. Now I am 140 and another 8 more pounds lost and I will have lost half my body weight. So as long as I stay under 147 for the next 4 weeks, I dont pay for the meetings anymore. I know it seems that I am not disciplined, but I have to say I am to an extent, if I get up at 4:30 to be at the gym at 5am. I know most dont agree with weight watchers, I am just saying what works for me. I eat all my carbs by 10am, that way I have all day to burn it off. SO I eat wheat pasta at 7am, its when I choose to eat them. I do what works for me. Some women at the meeting have said I am an inspiration and yes that makes me feel good. They asked me how I lost it so quickly and I tell them I stayed away from pizza burgers and stuff, I didnt really have any cheat meals at all. But I do say that is just me, I have been super focused. I told them how I eat all my carbs (pasta and rice) by 10am (this doesnt include my veggie carbs). They have tried it and had better weeks.
