IMO it was a bad decision for Vic to do that guest posing with Heath. Why would he give Heath the advantage of only being 3 weeks out from the O vs Vic coming off an injury. Of course Heath will look better cause hes in better condition, it almost makes heath look bigger then vic. In reality Vic is bigger then Heath. I'll judge them when they're both on stage at the O.

My guess is that Vic wasn't about to dodge Phil and miss a decent guest posing paycheck?

Vic knows that guest posings are for additional income, not psyching anyone out.

He'll be ready in a little over 4 months at the Arnold.

Both look good considering Phil is 3 weex post the O and Victor is off season ... to me … there you have the 2 best bodybuilder in the world at the moment … it all ends up in who prepares better … still the genetic potential is on Vic side and the contractual advantage is on Phil’s … that is interesting for next year

I received a few comments on my Victor & Phil posedown video from the 2008 Maryland State that helped me realize that it could be improved.

The main purpose of a posedown is to compare the athletes side-by-side. I now feel that I was too “artsy” with my editing and used too many closeups in my first cut of this video. There wasn’t enough of what bodybuilding fans look for. Luckily I had footage from a second camera to pull from.

I’ve simplified the video, taking out the interruption, and emphasiszing the full-body comparison shots, sometimes slowing them down so we can really see what’s going on.

I’d like to get your feedback so that I can shoot moments like these better in the future. What do you think? Is it an improvement? Was it worth it to re-edit this video?

His conditioning is gonna force allll contenders to push their own conditioning to anothr level if they wanna touch this guy.Victor cant afford being all genetic shape but soft anymore.Phil will cream him! None of the bigger guys can afford the soft look anymore

He also forces the little conditioned aesthetic guys to put on more muscle if they wanna match up to him

Imagine seeing an ultra shredded victor ? wow ! Phil is forcing these guys to bring it or else , no more messing around with being 85% no more

In other words better physiques all round
