just incase you didnt know thought id mention
hindus and indian people that are very dedicated to there meditation/releigion becoming a yogi urge to never eat garlic or onion  eat only when you are sick

this is not because of possible infections, they tell yogi's not to eat garlic or onion because it makes them horny - effects their fire element (kundalini from the balls) it also produces hardons while meditation.

so says panda.

your opinions please
thank u

once you take your week off to recover, there are a few steps you can take to optimise your workouts.

1 - increase the days off bewtween your workouts. you say you workout 4 days in row, well try 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, or 1 on 1 off.
2. - reduce overall worksets - focus on heavy weight and lower reps - thios will reduce cortisol release.
3. - drop assistance excercises, focus on the compound movements.
4. - optimise cns recovery via frequency of muscle group being worked, i.e. science shows us that protein synthesis after a workout lasts 48-72 hours. however cns recovery takes 72 hours. so work the same muscle group every 3rd day to optimise cns recovery/strength and protein synthesis/strength. i.e. you could do bench/tri ext/shoulders on monday - rows/bi curls/rear delts on tuesday, then legs on wednesday, then repeat.

studies also show that working a muscle group twice a week produces the same hypertrophy as 3 or more times per week, but produces greater strength - the 72 hour rule i mention above shows why  8)

you could also try increasing carbs for more energy.

good luck.

yes the heat is the kundalini - very interesting stuff.

on that note i have found that when i was trying my first ever steroid - whinny, and my balls shrivelled up, i got a pain, in both my balls and my lower back - funnily enough when you activate the kundalini, it follows that path, when it rises up.

rises - sesir - sore - sore balls  :o

About the onion and garlic powder, the problem I had most certainly was due it's blood thinning properties, and at 30 cups shopped a day this could become a problem. But other than that I felt fine, but only did it for 2 days.
