Never have and never will do a natural show.  They said NATIONALS...but im not doing that, just my state show.....

And idiot...you are supposed to try to make your lats flare in a front pose lol

Looks good but TP4U must be the most insecure competing bodybuilder alive. He's not posted one single good quality pic of himself ever! He's not happy with how he looks at all. After this show we'll get to see what he looks like finally though, since MD is covering it.

Any bodybuilder close to his show is going to be at least SOMEWHAT flat.....If you are skin bursting full you either

A.  Just finnished a cheat/carb up day
B.  Are on a ton of shit
c.  arent dieting correctly
