stayed in shape till last Oct. o7, then got drunk for a year. competed last sept at 43 years old. mind you, reading about Keith last nite and today has got me thinking about training again. thanx Keith, i may get back in shape thanx to you.

It's obvious that he was into bodybuilding at a young age, as shown in the above 12 year old pic.

I would imagine in a couple months he would be in fantastic shape.

if this don't get me training, nothing. this is a year of no weights at all, no drugs except oxycodone, and a rediculous amount of booze. funny thing is i just weighed myself and i am 234lbs. exact weight i was on stage last year. keep in mind i'm not proud of this, i just want to back up everything i say on here, cause i think i caught 1 guy lying on here last year,lol

i had veins long before i touched drugs. check my past posts. i am at a very high bf % right now. i could be vascular in a month with no drugs.
