Was really one of the first to use and Thermo's...and actually care about strict diet....While most were just happy to be big and bloated...

Looks fantastic. Still has got a great chest, arms and the small waist. This is what everyone should strive for. However, having the tape measure in the pocket just by chance was priceless.

I'm still waiting for someone to jump in and say synthol, all drugs, mention some lagging part, that steroid users die early, and he's lost alot of size.

That is not a 20" arm. The camera was jerky when it showed the measurement and too blurry to see what the numbers were on the tape.
