Deicide is not going to compete, so he could juice as much as he wants. But he chose NOT to do it. Accept that or go away.

Up to a certain bf%, you will look better with every % you get down.

For naturals, you will look like shit anywhere over about 12%bf and under 6-8%, depending on the person of course.

You can look great, don't believe that bullshit that you need steroids to look good.

If you are not going to compete, steroids aren't necessary at all.

Sometimes its better to be bulky than ripped. I love when guys that weigh 190lbs say "oh I'm trying to cut up" You can cut diarrhea. If you look like a small shriveled turd hit the heavy compounds for another year and eat eat eat.

You don't NEED steroids to look good ripped. I don't take any drugs and still look pretty big ripped. Steroids do make you bigger but not always better.

what is your fat & sodium intake? those two things can make a lot of difference

Very lo fat diet,under 50 g/day. Sodium was very high until 2 days before the show then dropped.

I am interested in bringing this topic back to life because this is the one thing that has always kept me on the fatter side...losing body fat has always meant losing muscle.

Now, I am trying this anabolic ckd and am hoping to keep as much/gain as much muscle as i can while restructuring my physique.
