Again you embarrass yourself.  I am not going to be able to save you anymore.  I did not say everyone has a towel in their mouth at the gym.  But, if you ever saw someone who lifts heavy or trains hard enough they sometimes where a mouthpiece or if they don't have one they will put a towel in their mouth so they can bite down on it.  I have done it numerous times.  Sometimes it is just something you do.  But until you join the gym in your village 24 Minute Fitness you will not be able to see how some people train.
