First, Ken admitted he used "posing oil" as recently as 2003.  And one does wonder why his arms eclipse the rest of his body -- something that was NOT the case when he was a light-heavyweight amateur 

Second, Ken is not what I'd call "healthy."  He only has one kidney and was stupid enough to use anabolics, gH et al. after losing the other.

Third, I agree: I don't think he has to "prove himself" to anyone here.  I'm the first to say Getbig is full of trolls and jerks. 

But it is also OBVIOUS Ken is incredibly insecure and feels he DOES have something to prove -- if not to "MD dot com" then to himself.  Why else would he post videos talking trash about some guy walking past the camera or, for that matter, his old rival, Kevin Levrone?  How long has he been talking smack about Kevin now?  Since that idiotic "I don't knock on doors, I knock doors over" oooh, ain't he a GANGSTA?! crap?
