Fox News and the abandonment of John McCain
« on: October 26, 2008, 11:32:48 AM »
A year or so ago, we discussed how Fox News were silently starting to back the Democrats.

I saw a post on another forum by some hardcore Republican claiming that Fox News was all part of the liberal media conspiracy.

FWIW, I don't think there is a liberal media conspiracy.
I just think Fox News and Rupert Murdoch are major scumbags - regardless of who they/he decides to support at the moment.

So the other day I was watching the O'Reilly factor and decided to look for signs that the Republican poster was right.

And sure as hell.

Even Bill O'Reilly has switched.

Previously Obama's health plan was always "socialized health care".

Now it is - "universal health care".

If there is a segment on John McCain - Bill-O will definitely use some word that is synonymous with either "old" or "out of touch".

I'm a bit interested in how the Fox News propaganda has worked. I know The Coach is a frequent watcher.

Joe, are you considering voting Obama?
