the latest claim is that even though he claims to train "moderately heavy" Michael Libertore regularly barbell inclines 405 for 10 reps and says he could do 500 for a couple of reps but "doesn't want to risk injury", also claims he was over 200 pounds at 5'8" and 5 percent bodyfat as a 19 year old natural college freshman. ::)

I like MD and all, but there lifting claims are pure hillarious bullshit!

I dont know how Ron Harris can write those articles with anytype of conscience ;)

hahahaha, this one was just just one in a LONG line of bullshit stories i've read in there, Kai Greene squatting 800 and benching 500 as a natural teenager, Dexter Jackson doing lying triceps extensions with 315 and on and on. ::)

When i was younger and gassed to the max, I could do 405 for 5 on incline. hes a short fucker, so he only needs to move the weight like 12 inches

the more I read in MD the more I believe that the bodybuilder's input particularly in the stories and their columns is B.S. I read the recent issue with Priest on the cover an article with Wolf and some of the shit in there is laughable in the way that I'd be surprised Wolf would even have the slightest knowledge or interest on MR O contests prior to him being a IFBB pro.

sometimes you have to shake your head at some amatuer or pros strength claims,i've seen some strong people push some weight,this dude was 275/285 over 6ft or so thick as a mountain 405 on inclines and using some strong cycles cool ass dude tho,was not 200 lean contest lbs pulling that kind of weight either.maybe its true maybe not.those mags pump a bit of fluff to sell.
