lost calories??  One whopper would last you a day with all the calories it packs.

really? do you often only eat 550 calories a day?  ::)

what time do you have your big meal and what time do you work out?

Usually I have it at lunch and I like to work out about 3h afterwards.

Nopes, a double whopper with cheese is 900cals.
I can think of more delicious foods, but I like it!

Might as well just get the patties only, about 3 or 4 of them because the only benefit you are gonna be getting from a BK meal is tons of saturated fat. Which if u are trying to gain muscle, its essential, and it always gives me much more energy. Ask any serious bodybuilder how much mass they put on with a low fat diet.

Especially if u are on a gram of test a week, u can have those whoppers 3 weeks out from a show  :D

I don't care about all this stuff, I just eat what I like!
During the week I always eat out. Chinese, Greek, Italian, Persian, Indian, Asian, Austrian, whatever I feel like.

as a natural bodybuilder, sure. gotta have fat. saturated fat is absolutely worthless when your on gear. the majority of bodybuilders youve seen on a pro stage since the beginning of competive bodybuilding have had year round low fat diets.  and test alone isnt gonna increase your metabolism dude.

oh,forget to  throw in the GH, slin, thyroid stim's...  ;D I was leaving that part out for sake of it

As far as year round low fat diets, i dont know any competitive bodybuilder that follows that? W h a t? Being on so much damn gear why not reap the benefits? You can AFFORD not to eat clean year round, thats why they eat anything they want. you cant honestly think todays pro's chow on celery sticks and chicken year round do you? Donuts, pizzas, burgers, its all fair game.

ok, now you include the thyroid , now you can eat what you wish.

1g test aint gonna do anythign like that.

well i meant thats how they lose fat. they go low fat and cycle carbs.  always.  of course guys dont eat clean year round, btu their base diets are low fat. for example, jay cutler eats a low fat diet of 350 g protein 1k carbs per day with minimal fat. HOWEVER what he doesnt include in that diet is the snacks and times he eats out and all the junk he will eat ON TOP of that base diet.

yes.

i think when all their "base" needs have been met, then all else is good. The body doesnt like being 250+lbs at 4% bodyfat, i cant imagine what their metabolism is like compared to a natural person.

Why so?

I don't eat Burger King every day, of course. Some day it's sushi, some day it's steak, someday chicken, etc. I also see to it that veggies are part of the meal whenever possible and most of the time I have fruit for dessert.

Or do you mean because of just one meal a day?

no not at all, one meal a day may be pretty healthy from a hormone and neurophysiological perspective. Just having a whopper and a shake for your nutrition in a day is missing many key nutrients not to mention key prebiotics. No 03 fatty acids, total lack of some fat soluble vitamins etc..

if you eat chicken, some grain, veggies , fruit etc... disregard my statement, i was moreso referring to your fat and glucos laden meal you outlined.

No of course, I make sure that I get the basic nutrients in. Fruits, veggies, full grain / multi grain bread, fish, different kinds of meat, etc. I also gulp down some healthy oil in the morning, since I don't know everyday if the food will provide enough. Don't take any supps though (apart from the whey), as you can imagine. ;D
