as a natural bodybuilder, sure. gotta have fat. saturated fat is absolutely worthless when your on gear. the majority of bodybuilders youve seen on a pro stage since the beginning of competive bodybuilding have had year round low fat diets. and test alone isnt gonna increase your metabolism dude.

As far as year round low fat diets, i dont know any competitive bodybuilder that follows that? W h a t? Being on so much damn gear why not reap the benefits? You can AFFORD not to eat clean year round, thats why they eat anything they want. you cant honestly think todays pro's chow on celery sticks and chicken year round do you? Donuts, pizzas, burgers, its all fair game.
