We tried barring guys who admit to massive gear use, ppl complained and said open it up. Honour who won last year had been on the board quite some time, almost 1,000 posts - so to tighten up from that would require like 3 years on getbig and 1,500 posts or something. Honour was a total reg, great guy too, but posted more on training etc so may have been more low key then us G&0 folk. Just my perspective....

Sorry to imply that you are wrong, but it's a bit more complex. I'm trapped in an office where i have to do stuff that is either boring or simply not enough, but i have to do lots of other stuff in my free time. So i sit in office, have nothing to do but cannot do the stuff i have to do, because it's not work related.... I could fucking puke all day long.
I hope you get paid well. You don't strike me as the guy who settles for a mediocre job.
