He has good genetics and trains hard, seriously 230 is heavy but he is 6'4 so it's not that unbelievable. If he was lean he'd be maybe 210? Hard to tell from that pic...

175cm/5'9" 80kg/180lbs
180cm/5'11"85kg/190lbs
185cm/6'1" 90kg/200lbs
190cm/6'3" 95kg/210lbs

As you can see it's normal for a gain of 5kg/10lbs per 5cm/2" of height.
Add to that, that such a large frame as 6'4 will have more room to distribute the weight gain when bulking than someone who is 5'9.

goudy is on drugs no doubt, he has gotten significantly bigger, still not huge but he was smallish before. He has stayed lean or leaner and put on alot of muscle.

I believe Goudy is natural...his stats are'nt mind blowing....damn good and WELL above average, but not impossible. Obviously good genetics and great structure..from what I've seen/read of Goudy, this guy LOVES to train..he trains smart, consistently, and damn heavy. If some of you trained half as hard as Goudy, perhaps you would understand at least a little.....still, great genes!

Hmm I'm 227 @ 6'1/2" - 6'1", and don't look anywhere near as thick as you. Quads are a lot bigger though.
