Phil Heath's arms are probably the most talked about body part in pro bodybuilding. Question is, exactly how large are Phil's arms?

Here's a pic from the 2007 Arnold Classic of Phil hitting an arm pose next to Darrem Charles; Darrem's arm looks considerably larger in circumference.

I think the thing that makes Phil Heath so impressive is his deep cuts...it makes him look much larger than he actually is. I'm not sure if there has ever been someone with such deep cuts and round muscle bellies.

You're right, I don't know for sure - I'm not Phil. Sure doesn't look like he uses it though, which is all that matters.

Who gives a shit unless it shows? Maybe Phil uses oil in his arms, maybe Jay doesn't - who looks better?

Agreed. No way Phil is that big. I don't think people understand how large a 19 inch arm is with zero bodyfat. I'm doubt there are but a couple of pros who have arms approaching 21 inches in contest shape.

heaths arms look big ass hell from some angles cause of his crazy flaring long tris, but in the pose like the rdb his full tris dont help give that illusion and they look a lot smaller.

they use something similar.. called "medicine". thats the slang term for it. it causes muscle inflamation and burns fat in that area that its injected.....and causes someone to become very vascular in that area as well..... hmmmmm isnt ronnie from the dallas area
